This is a 57-year-old female who presented with asthenia. Patiente âgée de 57 ans se présentant pour une asthénie générale.

Scan 1,2: hypogenic thyroid at left, compare with normal thyroid (another patient) at right.

Scan 3 : pericarditis

1 ère et 2 ème image : thyroïde hypoéchogène comparé à un autre patient témoin.

3 ème image : épanchement péricardique.
laboratory tests : Hypothyroidie: Ft4 1,58( nle 9 a 20) et TSH 189(nle 0,25 a 5). Hypothyroïdie a l'analyse biologique : Ft4 1,58( nle 9 a 20) et TSH 189(nle 0,25 a 5).

Diagnosis

it appears as a hypoechoic gland which can

simulate a adjacent muscle. And, frequently,

Perithyroidal muscle, immediately adjacent to the
