Scan 1 , 2 : Dilated intrahepatic
ducts.
Scan 3, 4, 5, 6 : Very Enlarged
main biliary duct : 25 mm.
Scan 7, 8 : Sludje in the gallbladder.
Scan 9: the pancreatic duct
(denoted by arrow) is very prominent, measuring 7.7 mm in diameter,
obstructed by the mass.
Scan 10, 11, 12, 13 : In the
head of the pancreas, a homogeneously hypoechoic mass measuring
25 mm and 20 mm is identified . The mass is directly anterior to
the splenic vein-portal vein confluence.
All of these findings are most consistent with pancreatic carcinoma.

Cliché
1, 2 : les canaux biliaires intra-hépatiques sont dilatés.
Cliché 3, 4, 5, 6 : un cholédoque
très très large de 25 mm.
Cliché 7, 8 : Sludje (boue biliaire)
dans la vésicule biliaire.
Cliché 9 : le canal pancréatique
(dénoté par des flèches) est très dilaté, mesurant 10 mm de
diamètre, obstrué par la masse.
Cliché10, 11, 12, 13 : Dans la
tête du pancréas, une masse hyoéchogène homogène mesurant 25 mm et
20 mm est identifiée. La masse est en avant du confluent veineux porto-splénique.
Tous ces clichés sont très évocateurs de carcinome pancréatique.
