with wall thickening, a target appearance and anteroposterior measurement
of 10 mm.
Within the lumen there is a bright hyperechoic
area with discrete acoustic shadowing, consistent with calcification
: appendicolith |
Au
dessus de l'utérus et un peu a droite on voit une anse en doigt de
gang. Coupée transversalement elle donne une image en cible de 10
mm de diamètre, incompressible a la pression de la sonde.
Dans la lumière appendiculaire il existe une opacité
hyperéchogène avec un cône d'ombre postérieur
évoquant une calcification : stercolithe
appendiculaire. |
